Order acceptance and prices:

The prices listed on the website are approximate. The final price will be agreed upon with the client prior to commencement of work, after inspecting the property or reviewing photos.

Preparing the premises:

The client is responsible for providing access to electricity and water. PClean is not responsible for utility service interruptions beyond the technician's control.

Ответственность:

We use professional Kärcher equipment and safe cleaning products. However, PClean is not responsible for hidden furniture defects, deterioration of materials, old damage, or stains that are physically impossible to remove without damaging the fabric.

Payment:

We accept cash, bank transfer, card payments, and the Bit system. Payment is due in full upon completion of the work.
