24-hour rule:

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment without any fees if you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

Late cancellation:

If your order is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, we reserve the right to charge a penalty (up to 50% of the order value) to cover transportation costs and the technician's time.

Quality assurance:

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our work, please let us know within 24 hours of completion. We will make every effort to promptly correct any issues or offer a fair solution.
